Welcome to the I'm taking charge of my arthritis! website

I’m taking charge of my arthritis! is a self-management program for housebound older adults with arthritis, developed in collaboration of with the Department of Kinesiology, University of Montreal , the CSSS Cavendish, and the Arthritis Society. The program aims to improve self-management of arthritis symptoms and is intended for older adults with arthritis who have a loss of autonomy.

Training sessions for health practitioners

Training sessions are offered on the program I’m Taking Charge of My Arthritis! in order to better inform health practitioners about the program and the adjustments that can be made to it.
